Build and scale next-generation mobile experiences by operating as an innovation-focused engineer-not a traditional feature implementer. In this role, you'll turn ambiguous ideas into validated mobile solutions, balancing rapid experimentation with long-term platform stability and scalability.
.

You'll shape what gets built, why it matters, and how it scales across mobile ecosystems-working across product discovery, technical experimentation, and platform evolution. This is a hands-on role for builders who thrive in uncertainty and enjoy early-stage problem solving.
.

What You'll Do

  • Frame problems with product, design, data, and business partners
  • Translate ideas into hypotheses, experiments, and mobile prototypes
  • Build and validate rapid prototypes using analytics and experimentation
  • Influence mobile architecture, frameworks, and platform decisions
  • Balance speed, quality, learning, and scalability
  • Write clean, performant, and secure mobile code
  • Optimize performance, reliability, and accessibility
  • Provide technical guidance and architectural input to mobile engineers
  • Support transition from validated concepts into production systems

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional mobile development experience
  • Native iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and/or Android (Kotlin) development
  • Experience with cross-platform frameworks. Flutter is required.
  • Strong understanding of mobile architecture and platform best practices
  • Proven ability to work with incomplete or evolving requirements
  • Experience building prototypes and production mobile applications
  • Familiarity with mobile analytics, experimentation, and CI/CD tooling
  • Strong systems thinking, problem-framing, and communication skills
